Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a form of Chinese exercise with the purpose of enhancing physical and mental health through its focus on slow, gentle movements, deep breathing and meditation.

The instructor will focus on Wudang Eight PowersTaijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan). The class is suitable for all people of any age and fitness level.

Course Description

We are running a 10-week Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) course, suitable for adults and older children (aged 14 years+). 

Wednesday 12noon - 1pm

19th January - 23rd March

Classes will be held in Dunbar Street Hall, Dunbar St, Old Aberdeen, Aberdeen AB24 3UJ.
