Tai Chi Winter Term 1

Tai Chi is a form of Chinese exercise with the purpose of enhancing physical and mental health through its focus on slow, gentle movements, deep breathing and meditation.

The instructor will focus on Wudang Eight PowersTaijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan). The class is suitable for all people of any age and fitness level.

Course Description

We are running a five-week Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) course, suitable for adults and older children (aged 14 years+). 

Wednesday 12noon - 1pm

Term 1: 18th January – 22nd February (but no class on 1st February) (5 weeks)

Term 2: 1st March – 29th March (5 weeks)


Classes will be held in Dunbar Street Hall, Dunbar St, Old Aberdeen, Aberdeen AB24 3UJ.
