If your degree certificate has been lost, stolen or damaged you may request a replacement. Please note that there can be only one original degree certificate in existence at any one time. The Registry withholds the right to decline any request for a replacement certificate should a previous request have already been made. Replacements will bear the name of the graduate as they were known at the time of graduation and names cannot be changed retrospectively unless the name change is related to a gender reassignment.  if your request relates to a change of gender you should email [email protected] in the first instance

Replacements will be marked "Replacement Issued 00/00/00". 

Proof of identity is required to support your application. When you have placed your order and made a payment you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to provide this.
