If you lose your ID card, first check at the Infohub to see if it has been handed in. If not, we can print a new one for a £10 charge. Your card can be collected from the Infohub, 91 High Street, Old Aberdeen.

If your card is damaged or no longer works, or you can provide us with a crime reference number, we will print it for free.
