Detailed Description
An academic transcript is a detailed record of your studies. It confirms your programme of study, your period of registration, the courses that have been taken, the number of credits and grades achieved (if applicable). Transcripts are printed on official transcript paper and endorsed with the University of Aberdeen stamp.
Proof of identification is required to complete your order - You may submit copies of the following: passport (personal details page), driver's licence or birth certificate. If your name has changed since you were registered your application must be accompanied by either a copy of a marriage certificate or a Deed Poll certificate. Copies should be emailed to studentrecords@abdn.ac.uk or you can use ZendTo which is a secure file transfer service. https://zendto.abdn.ac.uk/
If you only require an electronic copy of your transcript or more than 1 physical copy of your transcript please contact studentrecords@abdn.ac.uk with your name, date of birth and degree title - do not place an order.
Transcripts are not available for
1) students following a research degree or
2) postgraduate taught students registered prior to the academic year 1998/99
