English Lessons for Beginners Daytime Course

Are you new to English?  The University's Language Centre can help.  We are offering a 5-week block of classes open to all.

This is a part-time course which is campus-based.

Enrolment deadline is 11:59pm on Friday 6 March.

Course Duration: 

5 weeks

Classes are held 2 days a week on a Monday and Thursday.  All classes last for 2 hours.

Course Description

The course is scheduled to run as follows: 

·       Start date: Monday 09.03.2026

·       End date: Thursday 09.04.2026

·       Time: 12:00- 14:00

·       Course Duration: 5 weeks

Course Overview:

Beginners English course focusing on vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills.

- Develop your confidence and ability to communicate in English
- Improve your pronunciation
- Increase your word power

The course is designed for absolute beginners. At this level, learners can:

-        Communicate using simple phrases and familiar expressions.

-        Introduce themselves and others.

-        Ask and answer simple questions about personal details. 

-       Understand basic instructions and engage in simple conversations. 

Please note that these courses are not assessed. You will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.
