More Information

Hillhead is located beside Seaton Park, on a pleasantly landscaped site with many mature trees, a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride to the university campus. It is also 20 minute bus journey to the city centre, where you can then access transport to the conference venue P&J Live. The site is covered by CCTV and all accommodation is non smoking.

General Information:

Check in: From 2.00pm / Check Out: By 10.00am.

Please note that all accommodation is non-smoking.

All Bookings will be provided with Bedding and towel.

 Please note: Basic crockery/cutlery will be provided in kitchen.

Guests are requested to provide their own shower gel/Shampoo.

Wi-Fi is available across Campus with “Aberdeen-City-Connect” network.

Free parking is available across the Hillhead site, no permit is required.

Site Security:

Please be aware that our security staff do patrols in the corridors of our buildings and external areas around site as part of our standard safety checks 24hrs a day.

If you have any queries or require assistance from our site assistants, please contact reception (manned 24hrs a day).

Children & Young People:

Adult Chaperones are required for all groups where young people and Children under 18yrs old are in residence. 

Cancelation Policy : 

Should you need to cancel your booking in its entirety, you should do so in writing. The date the University receives your correspondence will, for all purposes, be the date of cancellation and the following charges will apply: - 

All reductions within 20 days of arrival - 50% of all charges.

All reductions within 14 days of arrival - 100% of all charges.

Data Protection:

The University of Aberdeen will process your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 2018. 

We will hold your personal data in accordance with our retention policy.

Travel

There is ample free parking on-site and a number of bike sheds.                       

The public service buses number 20 and 13 serve Hillhead to & from the City centre.

Traveling from Aberdeen International Airport.  For a direct transfer to Hillhead we would suggest taking a taxi.  Bus services are avaiable into the City Centre.
