If you have any specific access/room requirements or for further information, please contact: summerconferencebookings@abdn.ac.uk More InformationHillhead is located beside Seaton Park, on a pleasantly landscaped site with many mature trees, a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride to the university campus. It is also 20-minute bus journey to the city centre, where you can then access transport to the conference venue P&J Live. The site is covered by CCTV and all accommodation is non-smoking. General Information: Check in: From 2.00pm / Check Out: By 10.00am. All Bookings will be provided with Bedding and towel. Please note: Basic crockery/cutlery will be provided in kitchen. Guests are requested to provide their own shower gel/shampoo etc. Wi-Fi is available across Campus with “Aberdeen-City-Connect” network. Free parking is available across the Hillhead site; no permit is required. Site Security: Please be aware that our security staff do patrols in the corridors of our buildings and external areas around site as part of our standard safety checks 24hrs a day. If you have any queries or require assistance from our site assistants, please contact reception (manned 24hrs a day). Children & Young People: Adult Chaperones are required for all groups where young people and Children under 18yrs old are in residence. Cancelation Policy: Should you need to cancel your booking in its entirety, you should do so in writing to summerconferencebookings@abdn.ac.uk The date the University receives your correspondence will, for all purposes, be the date of cancellation and the following charges will apply: - All reductions within 20 days of arrival - 50% of all charges.
