Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a form of Chinese exercise with the purpose of enhancing physical and mental health through its focus on slow, gentle movements, deep breathing and meditation.

The instructor will focus on Wudang Eight PowersTaijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan). The class is suitable for all people of any age and fitness level.

Course Description

We are running a five-week Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) course, suitable for adults and older children (aged 14 years+). 

Wednesday 12noon - 1pm

Term 1: 29th April – 27th May (5 weeks)

 

Classes will be held in MR614, Macrobert Building, King St, Aberdeen AB24 5AE.
